November 22

There's nothing quite like warm comfort-esque food on a cool(ish; it was actually pretty temperate out today) Fall evening.

So it was nice when Adam made "taco stew" --which is actually ground beef, tomato, and seasoning on a bed of Fritos-- for dinner. I'm not a huge fan of the usual presentation, so I put my own spin on it by putting the stew on a bun and eating it like a sloppy joe with a side of Fritos.

I don't have the memories associated with this dish that Adam has (because his Grandmother used to make it), but it's a blessing to have it as part of our meal rotation nonetheless.
