Sometimes when I've been particularly unobservant, I find myself grasping for something to write at day's end. That's not something I'm thrilled to admit, but it's the truth.

So today's entry is about Coke Zero Holiday Creamy Vanilla soda. It's a new and allegedly limited edition flavor and I'd read some positive reviews, so I set out to buy some in order to conduct my own unofficial taste test a few days ago.

And I quickly discovered that a lot of other people must want to taste it too, because it took visits to five different stores before I finally found some. 

And for me, it was worth the effort because I think it's delicious. 

The Great Soda Chase served as a good reminder to me that good things don't usually just fall into our laps (or appear front and center on the shelf at the grocery store). Usually, we have to work for them in one way or another. And it's a blessing to be able to enjoy the fruits of our "labor".
