Nikki and I walked around (and around and around) the mall this morning, like we do some Fridays after school drop-offs.
And as always, I had so much fun. We showed up with our respective Mother Ship coffees in-hand, wearing essentially the same outfit, which was hilarious and completely unplanned. (Similarly textured oversized pink/purple sweaters, jeans, and blue/green tennis shoes.) We walked (and walked) and bought Pokemon cards (well, she did) and talked (and talked). And perused various items in different stores.
It was good soul-time for me and I left the parking lot afterward feeling recharged. So for the continued blessing of her friendship, I am very grateful.
