Adam went down to work today and Brady was at a friend's house, so it was just Isaac and I at home this morning. So I asked him if he wanted to go to Starbucks with me and, after mulling it, he said yes.

So we did. I got him a sausage and egg sandwich and some water (since he's not really a coffee guy... at least not yet) and we sat together in my usual spot munching and chit-chatting.

We didn't stay particularly long because he still needed to shower and pack for a trip to Napa he took with some friends later in the day, but it was good to steal a few extra moments with my sweet boy. 

It's a blessing to be his mama.
