I've had a very relaxed weekend, filled with church this morning and lots of football on the tube.

And I capped it off with a delicious Haagen-Dazs peppermint bark ice cream bar after dinner. I bought a box of them at Costco last week and I have to say, they're pretty delicious: rich and creamy and pepperminty and chocolatey.

For the blessings of calm days and really tasty treats, I am grateful.
