It's the end of another school-slash-work week.
Of course, the boys both have baseball games this weekend and it's supposed to be hot (hot) outside courtesy of one of our typical early-fall heat waves (which I am sincerely hoping is summer '23's last hurrah), but I'm grateful that it's Friday. And I'm grateful to be sitting here in my usual spot in my family room with my beverage, watching a random DiCaprio movie with my hunny (because that's what we've done the past few Fridays, as odd as that sounds) while Isaac putters around the kitchen behind me in search of a snack.
Small things, big blessings.
