Isaac wanted to play football with his friends after school so we headed over to the park immediately following pickup today.

He was a tad bit early so he munched on a box of cereal he'd left in the back seat this morning and goofed off with Brady while we waited for someone else to show. 

There's another image of both of them doing the Vacuous pose that my brother Charlie and I transformed into an epic family art form a number of years back, but I like this one because Isaac's smile is so real.

He's been kind of stressed and down lately (because when you think back, 15 can be kind of hard), so seeing that genuine grin was such a blessing. And I am grateful for it.
