I had a little catch-up session with Mary (our pastor) this morning at the Mother Ship.
Since I'm on the Elders' board at church we do see each other fairly often, but our interactions are predominantly business-related. But not today; today it was all about the personal lives.
And it was really good to hear about what's been going on with her and to share some of my own experiences and impressions.
This life can be challenging, but it's a blessing to be able to walk through it with good people like Mary.
