Nikki and I went to the mall this morning.
I looked like a goon (because our original plan was to walk the Sports Park so I was dressed accordingly) and spent too much (on all sorts of things, but most notably a lovely flannel shirt for Adam, a dress that I saw on a wall from a distance and just
knew would be perfect, and a Hello Kitty dressed as Cheer Bear) but it was so, so fun. We walked all over the place, drank smoothies, went into stores I never visit, laughed, and caught up on life's latest happenings.
I love this girl and I'm so glad we're still friends! Relationships like ours are among life's sweetest gifts.
