It was Youth Celebration Sunday at church. As part of the program, they called the middle and high schoolers up to the front and asked them to offer up a piece of advice to younger kids.

There were good ideas shared --like remembering to stay close to God and surrounding yourself with good friends-- and then Brady got the mic. His contribution?

"You might think that switching classes will suck but it's not as bad as you think." 

There was laughter. I can always count on Brady to keep it real in a very, very blunt way.

So for that moment of laughter and for these amazing kids (including my own!) who come to learn more about Jesus, I am grateful.
